Pierce's Adventures in Disney World

Before I left home, My Mom and I talked about what I was going to bring with me. As many people reading this may know I have a stuffed Polar Bear named Pierce that I grew up with. He has been by my side for everything I have gone through in life. If you looked at him you can clearly see that. 

Well mom and I were not sure if pierce should make this journey with me as we both felt that the adventure was maybe just a little bit too big for him. So I left him behind to take care of mom and for her to take cre of him. BUT... Because she was coming for a visit he got to tag along for a bit of a smaller adventure. Here are a few photos of the things he got up to. I also made a short video as I didn't realize he got up to so much well I was at work so I made a montage of ALL his adventures.

Mom even made him his own Mickey Ears with his name on the back.

New Room

Welcome to my new place. 

You may not know but when I turned 21 I was given the option to move. I took that option and went from a 1 bedroom 2 people apartment in Chatham Square complex to a 3 bedroom 6 people apartment in Commons complex. This may not seem like an upgrade in your eyes but it sure is. I now have in suite laundry (no more hauling my laundry across the parking lot and paying $3 a load). I also have a nicer apartment and more people to talk to :) My building is also right next to the bus stop which is really handy!

Now lets go for a tour. 

 As you walk through the front door you have to go up stairs.

My room is down the hallway as you come straight up the stairs. 

I hadn't totally moved in just yet so doesn't look as homie as it will. 

 I am in the room with the biggest bathroom....

and the biggest closet.

I think I'm going to like it here. My room mates are all very welcoming. Two are from the USA, Two are from Italy and my actual room mate is from Morocco.

I know a lot of people already know My mom came to visit me in Florida.

 but even better my friend Candice gave her complimentary admission so she came and surprised me well I was working. Yes I cried, lucky for me there was no one in the Trading Post when she walked around the corner asking for shorts.

When I finished work I went home got my stuff and headed to the resort. We then headed to Magic Kingdom.

The next day mom helped me move with the help of my friend Becky (post to come)

Then the three of us went to Hollywood Studios. 

I don't have any pictures other than mom and I at Fantasmic. 

Fantasmic had technical difficulties so we left and went to Downtown Disney to look around! 

Prior to work on Monday we headed to Animal Kingdom!

Oh I almost forgot that mom brought a friend with her. 

His adventures will also be coming in another post.

Tuesday I had to work so mom and I hung out at Epcot for a little bit then when I went to work she headed back to Hollywood Studios to do things we missed or she wanted to do again. 

I took Wednesday off so we could spend the day in Magic Kingdom!

 It was sunny so I was okay with being a little wet.

I even took her on the Carousel of Progress.

That looks to be the end? I guess we just got to busy in the excitement that we didn't take any more pictures. But I can still tell you about our adventures. 

Thursday was the soft opening of the Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. So we did the bigger rides in Future World before I started work then mom just hung around Epcot as there is SOOO much to do and see, especially with food and wine season. 

My big sister Morgan and I working hard. No seriously this is what we do all day 

Friday I didn't have to work until way later so we headed to Hollywood in the morning to do Tower of Terror and Areosmith roller coaster one last time then together we went and checked out food and wine at Epcot again (I had not been able to walk around yet). When I went to work Mom met up with my friend Becky and went and saw David Cook at the American Adventure Pavilion.

Saturday, Sadly Mom's last day but the most relaxing one. We packed and had to move our stuff out by 11 but her bus didn't pick her up until 2. So stuck on what to do we decided we would lay by the pool for 2 hours. I GOT MY 1ST SUNBURN..... but I have color on my legs now!!!

21!!!

 When it is raining Disney does not stop the magic. This is one of the cutest things I have seen.

They announced that due to the weather the move it, shake it parade was cancelled, BUT not to move.

They have a RAINY DAY Parade. They were splashing in the puddles and just having tons of fun. There was two trolley cars that I didn't get pictures of that had the characters who would have been in the move it shake it parade.

Ended the Day back at Morgan's where she made us more Mickey Mouse pancakes.

21st Birthday!

I started my 21st year by going to the Disney Wedding Pavilion!

They had a cast spotlight seminar where we learnt what the roles are in the Wedding Pavilion.

It is absolutely beautiful!

 For anyone that may not know. I love Full House and they filmed two episodes at Disney World. They stayed at the Grand Flo... This is the Piano that Uncle Jesse sang to Auntie Rebecca!!!

I then had to head to work but it was a very nice day!

Went Out with the girls after I got off work. Went to my first 21 and over bar. 

It was called Jelly Rolls, it is a duelling piano bar. SO COOL!

That was the extent of my day turning 21!
