Having Fun Here and There

I have been up to lots these past couple days/weeks.
Here are a few other highlights that didn't quite fit in with the themes of the other posts!

I got a waffle maker that makes Princee waffles!!
Now to get it home at the end of the year...
I travelled the world prior to work the other day and ended in Canada with our Beautiful waterfall.
Another early morning that was so worth it.
Went on a Backstage Tour of Space Mountain meaning that we rode it with the lights on so you can see the tracks. It was so cool and i wish I could do it again (and yes the tracks are really close)
The Christmas Tree is up in Epcot.
It displays all the countries and many ways to say Happy Holidays!
Becky and I went to Costco to enjoy a good ole Costco Dog!!!
But they had no french fries :(
I made a new cuddly friend at Costco!

Anther highlight that is not pictured above...

I SURVIVED FOOD AND WINE!
It has now ended! Thank Goodness...

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party

What an amazing way to start out a day!
With a Christmas Tree in Magic Kingdom feeling good (even though I was sick) and excited to celebrate Christmas with Mickey and Friends!
Went and hung out with my Bird friends for the first time in the Tiki Tiki Room!
 THOSE NASTY PIRATES!
Becky and I sat front row one Pirates of the Caribbean...
That ruined our day as the only drop in the entire ride turned into a title wave over top of us. We were drenched from head to toe. Our backpacks were soaked.
So we headed back to housing to change before our Christmas Party that evening!

When we returned we ran into two very friendly Elves (Buddy and Jovie)
They were very well dressed!
Met up with the rest of the girls, we were to spend the evening with!
We were set for some yuletide festivities!
Starting with Elsa and friends lighting up the castle!

Two shows at the Tomorrow land stage.
Buzz, Stitch and Mike Wazowski sang some classic Christmas tunes
Followed by an amazing A Capella group.
This is also where we enjoyed our free cookies and free hot coco!!!

Enjoyed the Holiday Wishes Fireworks!!! So Magical!
Followed by a stage show!
One of my absolute favourite parts of the evening was the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Parade!
Shown below are just a few of my favourite floats!
Mickey and Minnie to start it all off.
Wreck it Ralph and Vanellope Von Schweetz
 Bullseye
 The Toy Soldiers
and to wrap it all up...
SANTA!!!

Overall it was a very fun, magical, emotional evening!
I wish I could do it all over again!

What A Busy Week (Day 3)

Another 6 am Morning in MK to follow a very late night!
Day 3 of the taping of the Christmas Day Parade.

This time it was just the two of us.
It is also actual parade being taped.

We got to know this present very well!
It was in front of us alot!
We also got to see the cast of Finding Nemo The Musical (a show in Disney's Animal Kingdom)
Very faintly got to see my princess and her gorgeous prince!
Sorry I don't have any other pictures from the taping today.
Other people we saw were...
- Belle and Beast
- Cinderella and Charming
- Aurora and Phillip
- Snow White and the Prince
- Rapunzel and Flynn
- Merida and Queen Elinor (who were on horse back)
- Aladdin and Jasmine (also on horse back)

We then moved down the street and that is where I left Becky.
She continued to watch the Opening of the entire Parade.
I went home and slept for a few hours prior to work as by this point I was exhausted!

What A Busy Week (Day 2)

I got up early again (not as early) to go to Day 2 of the stage taping of the Christmas Day Parade.
Well waiting to meet up with other Canadians I got to see the Park Opening for the first time.
The train is down right now so I will have to go see it many more times but it was so magical!
Got to spend some time with my Big Brother Colin!!!
Today we got to see...
JASON DERULO
He sang Can You Feel The Love Tonight.
But at first he wasn't feeling the love....
But after this proposal, we all felt the love!
Then we weaved our way through the crowd to be back at the stage for.....
ARIANA GRANDE!
She was amazing and sang Zero to Hero and Focus.

Due to the Heat we did not stay for Andy Grammar who was the final performer.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
That evening my Calgary friends Rory, Heather and I drove to Tampa Bay to see our Boys!!!
GO FLAMES GO!
 The Amalie Arena is HUGE!
Parts are out doors and it has an amazing atmosphere.
Rory and I had seats that felt equivelant to Dad and Uncle John's Season Tickets at the Dome.
The price for us was a bit better. I paid $19 per ticket $48 for both our tickets!

They even had a Tim Hortons!
Not the same but still.
True Canadian! Hockey and Tim Hortons
I did miss Dome Ice Cream though!
Not impressed we lost :(

OH!!!
I forgot to mention that the Anthem singer sang out National Anthem wrong.....
It was Military appreciation night which was cool to see!
There was more red then I was expecting!!!

What A Busy Week (DAY 1)

Hello!
I have gotten caught up in the Christmas spirit and the end of food and wine!
Days are starting to slow down a bit again so I have time to write about my adventures!

WARNING

Sorry to crush dreams out there but the Disney Parade that is shown Christmas morning is not actually live. Its a full week production. And most of the people you see on TV watching are just crazy cast members!

Day 1 of the stage taping of the Christmas Day Parade, I had the pleasure to join a few other Canadians (cant find the group picture, but here are the merchies that went out)
We got to Magic Kingdom at 6am.
That required me to get my butt out of bed at 5 am.
Let me tell you it was worth it.
This is how many crazy cast members there were.
This is our view of the Castle Stage. That's right we are front row.
So I WILL be on TV Christmas Morning. Please Tune in to see me on ABC.

On the stage they had a variety of singers: Seal, Charlie Puth, Tori Kelly and....
REBA
She sang Santa Claus is coming to town and She ain't going out like that.
I unfortunately had to work so only got to stay to see Reba then had to leave for work.
But obviously had to stop for a selfie with the MK Tree on my way out!
