I have to say that I have done a few really cool things while enjoying my time at Disney World. I was not sure if I really wanted to spend the money to do any of the tours that Disney has to offer. After a long talk with Mom she told me she didn't want me coming home without doing most of the things I wanted. So I asked Kevin and Shane if they would join me on the Wild Africa Trek.
I do not even know where to start with telling you about this experience. I supply you a link to read about it! https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/events-tours/animal-kingdom/wild-africa-trek/
I will just show you with some amazing pictures to tell my story but they can't even do justice to the real thing...
(We were not able to take our phones with us so all photos were taken by our tour guides and they all make me so happy, maybe cause the 3 of us are in 75 of the 212 photos taken...)
Starting off with a tour photo
Saw the zebras up close and personal
(This may be a little zoomed in but we were rather close)
Over looking the Hippos after we got to hear some interesting things about them.
Here we got to learn more and admire a replica of a Hippo skull
A perfect view of the bridges I had the pleasure to encounter.
Yup I definitely was confident with no fears at all! Just on a not fully boarded, swinging bridge 10 feet above hippos and crocs.
Did you see our crocodile friend to our right?
Now on a overlook of the crocs.
On our own safari that brings us even closer to the animals
Maybe not this close but she was a beauty
Lunch overlooking the Savanna
Our lunch
Enjoying the view
Candid but shows my friendship with these two.
I am so happy I got to share this experience with the two guys who have been my like my brothers for the last 7-9 months.
Our amazing tour/trek guides!
